    Job Description – This is a non-tenure track faculty position that is renewable annually for up to 3 years. The incumbent provides leadership and direction for the delivery of library services on the Lambuth Campus. As a member of the University Libraries’ Faculty, he/she coordinates collection development activities, coordinates the Library User Instruction offerings on the Lambuth Campus, and serves as library liaison to the teaching faculty on the Lambuth Campus.

    Position Description: This is a Civil Service position located at Nashville Public Library. Position performs supervisory and administrative duties.  When located in Branch Services the position oversees the daily operations of a large 20-25,000 sq. ft. library branch and may oversee multiple community library branches.  When located at the Main Library oversees the daily operations of a system-wide function in a major area of the division.
    Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library Science or Information Science with a Library concentration from an accredited college or university and 5 years of professional library experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience. The Library Science program must also be accredited by the American Library Association or the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.  Valid driver license. Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
